What is ADHD?
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), sometimes also known as Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), can make you extremely distracted and restless, to the point that your behaviour and learning is affected.
If you have ADHD, the good news is that only 10% of sufferers continue to suffer from the condition into adulthood, so your symptoms are likely to improve with age.
What are the symptoms of ADHD?
ADHD symptoms can include restlessness and a poor attention span, but not everyone will suffer from the same symptoms, or experience them to the same degree.
To find out more about ADHD and its symptoms, you can visit the NHS website, or check out the following video from NHS Choices.
Who can help?
